Snake Plissken

Snake was bored and that was a dangerous thing. He sat in the shop after work. Taylor’d had something to do with Butterfly and he’d told Bria tonight would be a late night. However, the work he had to do was completed before he had anticipated. Five hours. Yeah he could go home but he wanted to give his family time to do their own thing sometimes. Snake looked at his watch debating. Mike was in town but visiting him was almost surely a fight. Though Plissken could be in the mood to fight he was getting rather tired of fighting with his friend.

No one was online and after reading the news thirty minutes had passed and he was bored again. Tapping his fingers he flipped through the rolodex on his desk for someone that could keep his attention for a few hours. Suddenly, as if by accident he remembered there was an event going on in the city. One that he had thought of when Mathis kept saying he didn’t understand. Snake was on his feet, out the door and on his bike before the thought had passed.

Twenty minutes later he was knocking on Mathis’ dorm door. There was no way this couldn’t be fun. At least it would torment Mathis if nothing else. Harmless of course as far as Snake was concerned though most people would call it suicide. It was time to get Mathis out and show him just how crazy Americans could be. He banged on the door again becoming impatient from the excitement. Of course, Nat and Bria couldn’t find out about this or he’d likely get skinned. Still it was worth it.
